The series intro for episode one of ‘The Real Love Boat’ – U.S. and Canada version. This North American version features actors Rebecca Romijn and husband Jerry O’Connell as the hosts, who also sing the lyrics to the theme music. The Australian version features Darren McMullen as the host. FYI: Darren’s vocal version of the theme is available for listening on Spotify.
The North American version features Paolo as Your Captain, Ezra as Your Bartender, and Matt as Your Cruise Director.
The Australian version features Paolo as Your Captain, but different crew members, Hannah Ferrier as Your Cruise Director and Daniel Doody as Your Head of Entertainment.
Also of note, there are also different singles looking for love in the two versions.
